We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts & Lot Manager to oversee parts and property operations at our Seminole dealership lots. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly.
The Parts & Lot Manager will be responsible for managing incoming inventory, maintaining parts and lot organization, and supporting the sales and logistics teams. This person ensures every trailer, truck bed, and other products are received, documented, displayed, and ready for customers. They’ll also keep the lot presentable, assist with logistics, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Receiving & Quality Control:
- Receive all trailer and truck bed loads.
- Inspect and verify accuracy and quality of incoming units.
- Parts Organization:
- Receive, label, bin, and organize incoming parts.
- Pull and stage parts for service, installs, and deliveries.
- Communicate with vendors on orders and discrepancies.
- Lot Organization:
- Organize trailers, truck beds, and equipment on the lot.
- Manage and update inventory records.
- Perform regular yard audits to confirm locations and movements.
- Inventory Management Support:
- Take professional pictures of trailers/truck beds.
- Upload and manage product listings online.
- Logistics Support:
- Assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of units.
- Communicate with logistics team to coordinate transfers between locations.
- Property & Lot Maintenance:
- Perform mowing, weed whacking, and spraying as needed to keep yard presentable.
- Handle basic dirt work and upkeep to keep the lot clean and professional.
- Ensure the yard and customer-facing areas are neat and safe.
- General Support:
- Assist sales team with locating units for customers.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lot management, inventory control, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills – ability to use digital/online software.
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely.
- Willingness to perform physical work, including outdoor tasks in varying weather.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
